◎简　　介

影片的女主角“圣女”是一个超级肥胖的女人，她试图成为“世界上最污秽”的人。她可以把在肉店偷来的肉塞进阴道，也可以把地上的狗屎放进嘴里吃掉。影片另外的主角是更加变态的马波尔夫妇，他们专门强迫被绑架的妇女受孕，再将刚出生的孩子贩卖挣钱。“圣女”跟这对夫妇展开了激烈的暴力冲突，最后“圣女”解放了那些被关押的妇女，并枪决了他们。影片中，随处可见人工受精、拉屎吃大便（演员所吃的大便是真实的）、鸡奸等一系列赤裸裸的镜头，所以，小心你的心脏和胃。
