约翰?波特（John Porter）回来了，而这一次他处在一个前所未有的困境中。

20号分部是一支训练有素、久经沙场的新团体。由获得过银紫荆星章的英国中士迈克尔?斯顿布奇，和前美国三角洲部队突击队成员达米恩?斯科特组成。他们受命于雷厉风行的上校埃莉诺?格兰特，要追捕一个危险的，难以捉摸的恐怖分子和化解一个可能引发战争的阴谋.

为了跟踪臭名昭著的拉蒂夫，约翰?波特已经被派去做卧底两个月了。上校埃莉诺?格兰特再次听到他的消息是在一段恶心的被俘广播中。
