Heroes的下一章"救赎", 在经历了第4章"逃亡"的动乱和悲剧之后, 每个角色都将以不同的方式回归到他们的普通生活当中.

Claire将直面这个问题, 她将在华盛顿开始自己的大学生活, 像所有的青少年一样, 她将努力寻找自我. 重新适应普通生活并不容易, 特别是她的父母将离婚, 而大学学校里又发生了一件神秘的自杀事件.
Peter和Nathan也将试图回到过去的生活中, Peter将拯救他人的生命, 但是这将使他和家族, 朋友产生隔阂,但是Peter将和一个"能力强大"的美丽女子坠入爱河, 这会让他发现生活真正的乐趣在于与人交流. 而Nathan每天都将对自己有新的发现,因为事实上他是Sylar.
