◎简　　介

洪恩祖（南志铉 饰）出身于贵族家庭，其生母却是奴隶身份，自幼便见识了世间的冷暖。父亲病倒后，她的生活愈加困顿。白天，她以医者身份为百姓治病，维持生计；夜晚则化身为“洪吉童”，专门窃取贪官污吏的财物，用以周济穷苦之人。她行侠仗义的事迹很快传到宫中，引起了热衷于查办案情的李烈（文相敏 饰）的注意。朝中众臣只当他是玩闹，但王子却执意追查到底。在探查过程中，他与恩祖相遇，并对她一见倾心。然而命运却开了一个玩笑，两人意外互换了身体。权力与身份的界限因此被彻底打乱，他们各自竭力隐藏的秘密也随之面临暴露的危险。爱情与真相，被一同推到了无法回避的境地。
