在一个平凡的日子里，青年瑞克（Shiloh Fernandez 饰）和好哥们JT（Noah Segan 饰）前往一座废弃的精神病院探险。他们在里面尽情打闹，肆意发泄着体内过剩的荷尔蒙。在病院地下隧道探险期间，两人遭到一条狼狗的追逐，惊慌失措跑进了一间隐蔽的房间。在这个堆满杂物的屋子里，JT发现一个被塑料薄膜包裹起来的女孩（Jenny Spain 饰），他心中最隐秘最阴暗的欲望慢慢浮现，而瑞克认为一切太过蹊跷，两个好朋友最终反目甚至动手，瑞克最终独自离开。

不久后，JT主动找到瑞克，他讲述了与女孩独处的经过，最为恐怖的是，JT曾经三次杀死女孩，但女孩最终都从死亡国度幽幽回转……
