◎简　　介

唐末，黄巢起义军攻入唐首都长安，晋王李克用（谷峰饰）受命剿贼，收复都城。沙陀族人李克用其时拥兵十万，麾下猛将如云，更有义子组成的十三太保能征善战，一时风光无两。
汴梁节度使朱温客访观战，恰逢黄巢手下第一勇将孟绝海搦战，第十三太保李存孝（姜大卫饰）出阵迎敌，活捉孟绝海，但李为人持勇傲物，朱温受辱于功宴，怀恨在心。
四太保李存信嫉妒李存孝功高，献计轻兵直入长安取黄巢首级，李克用命九名太保行刺，由李存孝统领。九人夜入长安，连番血战后在五凤楼将黄巢射伤，无奈敌兵势众，九人于民女燕姑娘家暂避，期间李存信与十二太保康君利欲行不轨，为李存孝赶出队伍。
李存信、唐君利落寞之际被朱温蛊惑，诱使李克用入汴梁，朱温灌醉李克用、十一太保史敬思（狄龙饰）后痛下杀手，史敬思为保李克用力竭身死，千钧一发之际李存孝率黑鸦兵赶到。
李、唐二人一计不成又生一计，两人盗得李克用贴身佩剑，假传钧旨，势要致李存孝于死地……
