◎简　　介

故事围绕着“万家”的豆腐老店，因“一个家庭3个姓氏”以及“豆腐秘方只传姓万的男丁”的家训，埋下冲突与矛盾的伏笔。讲述一个家庭守护传统豆腐老店并克服挑战的温馨故事。
导演冯凯透露故事有点像他的家庭，“家里一团和乐，但其实也隐藏许多危机。”他强调此剧具备8点档的元素，但叙事将以真实温暖呈现，不再走洒狗血路线。
剧中妈妈的角色灵感来自于导演冯凯的母亲周游，冯凯也预告剧中女性角色贴近现代女性观念，不同于过往8点档的哭哭啼啼。他认为整部作品是他近十多年拍摄生涯中最自然、最贴近观众生活的一部戏。
编剧叶凤英透露故事灵感来自她女儿的一封简讯，让她产生写这部剧的契机。
