◎简 介
帕特罗是著名的舞蹈家。他不仅跳芭蕾，还暗自在舞鞋上钉上扣板，将踢踏舞跳得出神入化、优美无比，但他的经纪人杰弗瑞认为帕特罗是在亵读圣物。琳达在巴黎是享有盛名的喜剧舞蹈明星。她厌倦了聚光灯、记者、名气的缠绕，常抱怨她的经纪人把她变成了一个不快乐的女孩，她决定离开娱乐圈去结婚。当她遇到帕特罗后，被她精湛的舞姿吸引，他们翩翩起舞，配合默契，像是天生的一对。媒体不断的爆出他俩已经结婚的假新闻。为了名誉，琳达决定和帕特罗先结婚再离婚，当她看见芭蕾演员对帕特罗的爱慕时，琳达带着醋意离去。帕特罗不能再和琳达跳舞，于是将他们的故事编排成舞蹈，让演员们带看琳达的面具舞蹈，寄托了帕特罗对琳达的思念之情．此时，琳达带着律师回到纽约准备和帕特罗离婚。在剧院，看到帕特罗的演出后，为他的真情深深打动，上台和帕特罗共舞，美妙的舞姿带给了人们无限的快乐。
