在这部电影里，深受大人与小朋友欢迎的小熊维尼、小猪、猫头鹰、妈妈、小豆、瑞比以及永远精神充沛的跳跳虎，整组人正忙著他们的驴子好友─屹耳，准备一个适合过冬的新家。大家都很热络地帮忙，唯独吵闹的跳跳虎跳上跳下得打扰了正在工作中的朋友们。小免瑞比无比的建议：跳跳虎为何不去与其他的跳跳虎亲友一起跳个高兴？这个建议不是很奇怪吗？因为跳跳虎一直都是独一无二的啊！难道他有其他家族成员吗？跳跳虎心想：如果真的有其他跳跳虎那就太好了！到时候他就可以和他们从早跳到晚了！真是太好了！

猫头鹰建议跳跳虎从家族之树开始找起，於是跳跳虎展开一段寻亲之旅，他在百亩森林里试著找寻一棵巨大又有刻纹的家族之树。但是跳跳虎是否能找到其他跳跳虎同类呢？这就得靠他好朋友小熊维尼、小豆及其他好朋友们的协助，让他早日领悟：真正的家人原来就在他身边！
