告别了顽劣的学生时代，小马（三浦贵大 饰）和新志（平岡祐太 饰）分别走上不同的人生之路。转眼将近十年过去，蹲了五年大牢的小马出狱，谁知他所在的帮派早已解散，只剩小头目（杉本哲太 饰）带着小弟勇治（中尾明庆 饰）勉强支撑。曾经朝着世界冠军梦想的新志不知从何时起开始厌烦了拳击运动，他屡战屡败，最终从拳台逃离，宁愿在都市的一角干着被人轻贱的工作。偶然的一天，小马和新志重逢，他鼓励好友重新追逐梦想，自己则暗暗发誓复兴组织。

只不过十年时光风云变幻，许多人和许多事都已改变，美好的梦想难免遭遇残酷现实的碾压，他们的徒劳拼搏可有收获？
