◎简　　介

1991年，在釜山經營旅行社的文社長（金喜愛飾演），是個事業成功卻沒什麼人情味的女強人。當年，南韓第一位站出來公開發聲的慰安婦受害者，在電視新聞中義憤填膺地批判日本人的暴行；此時文社長卻輕蔑地對女兒說：「如果妳像那老奶奶一樣走歪，人生就完蛋了。」而這一切，聽在幫傭裴管家（金海淑飾演）的耳裡格外難受，沒過多久，裴管家就選擇離開了這個家。

四處打聽之後，文社長終於找到躲在自己兒子家中的裴管家，更意外得知她原來曾是日軍慰安婦的事實。她震驚於這麼多年以來，自己從未發現裴管家所隱藏的痛苦與秘密。內疚的情緒逐漸累積，她了解到對受害者來說，最基本的安慰就是得到日本政府的公開道歉與賠償。文社長決定開設舉報所，並自費為這群老奶奶們往來南韓釜山與日本下關參與審判，決心為她們討回公道…。
