幸福的三口之家，可爱的小女孩亚美却经常对着空气说话，并言称有一个无依无靠的小弟弟跟在身边。她的举止令父母非常担心，而诡异的事件也相继发生。亚美的妈妈小萍是一所高中的老师，她的学生阿波与关儿相恋。青春男女爱火正炽，无所顾忌，终于令关儿不慎怀孕。为了免去负担与压力，关儿最终找到无照女医引产，这也正是他们痛苦的开始。另有一美貌女明星，适值人气下滑，而她又因不负责任的男友不断怀孕，人生渐渐陷入困境。
