◎简　　介

该部颇具趣味性的传奇冒险片由罗伊．沃德．贝克导演。内容为百万富翁带着他的妻子和朋友前往沙漠地带探矿，不料其妻与友在他坠马受伤后竟弃他而去。后来，他还是凭着自己坚强的求生意识找到了这两个谋害他的奸夫淫妇并加以惩戒。

该片大部分外景在沙漠实地拍摄，景色甚为美观，且能适切地配合剧情的发展。罗伯特．瑞安在此片的演出十分卖力，可惜配戏的两位演员朗黛．弗莱明和威廉．伦迪根表现较为呆板，似乎没有入戏。

该片虽然拍摄于1953年，但 Real 3D是无疑的，同期1954年阿尔弗雷德·希区柯克 Alfred Hitchcock拍摄的Dial M for Murder（电话谋杀案）也是原生3D，立体感很好。
