◎简　　介

独行杀手剑琢磨（千葉真一 饰）得到最新任务，他故意犯罪进入警察局，在众目睽睽之下杀害一名嫌疑犯，随后又成功杀害另一名携带金佛的外国人。他的大胆举动以及出色身手引起了警员山上七郎（島直樹 饰）的注意，他继续调查的想法未得到上层支持，于是辞职展开独立调查，并从师傅正武馆馆长政冈宪道（鈴木正文 饰）了解到琢磨的来历。

指示剑琢磨完成两宗命案的幕后黑手为龙虎殿堂主太田黑（田中浩 饰），他表面经营亚洲综合格斗中心，暗中从事非法活动。他邀请正武馆参与综合格斗中心的建设，在遭到拒绝后，太田黑转而要求琢磨杀害政纲。琢磨不愿谋害这位良师益友，他与太田黑正式决裂，于是不得不去应付来自各个流派、身怀绝技的杀手，更要面对他的宿敌志坚原楯城（石橋雅史 饰）……
