◎简　　介

悲伤的爱德华和阿尔冯斯两兄弟，试图利用炼金术中最大的禁忌——人体炼成术救活撒手人寰的母亲，谁知却遭遇巨大的灾难。失去身体的阿尔冯斯，其灵魂被封禁在铠甲中，爱德华则以自己的右臂和左脚为代价，迫使弟弟止步冥国门前。许多年后，爱德华（山田凉介 饰）成长为这个国家中最年轻的钢之炼金术师，他与弟弟（水石亚飞梦 配音）上下一心，共同奔跑在寻找贤者之石的道路上。与此同时，神秘的人造人拉丝特（松雪泰子 饰）、恩维（本乡奏多 饰）盘桓这个国家的角落，她们策划者恐怖的勾当，一时间上空阴云密布……
