卡拉小姐和韦伯斯特分别就职于两家广告公司。一次，卡拉得知米勒公司要换广告代理商，于是她连夜赶制出一套完整的广告策划方案。但当她第二天找到米勒公司时，米勒公司已经和自己的同行韦伯斯特签约。气愤的卡拉恨透了这个靠酒精和女人来获得和约的家伙，决定将韦伯斯特告到广告协会，把他彻底踢出广告界。
