强尼是一名房地产开发商，他看中了一个无人海岛，欲把它改为私家度假地，便伙同船长乔治和一位新结识的女朋友前往岛上查看。但一登上小岛发现岛上生活着一个盲眼老人和一位少女，他们警告来到岛上的三人马上离开，否则有杀身之祸。强尼认为老人是勒索钱财，故而口出不逊激怒了老人。之后老人悄悄塞给船长一个护身符，以此来保护他。强尼独自上岛幽会少女，却被杀死。船长二人上岛寻找强尼，又被僵尸围困，凭借着护身符的力量，二人活了下来，但是却都精神失常……
