片中跟拍验尸官解剖一具女尸，用最直观的方式，向大家展示了肥胖躯体下最真实的样子。当然，这里的肥胖指的是自身原因造成肥胖，不包含药物致胖的情况。被解剖的60岁女尸身高1米67，但体重却有107公斤，典型严重超重。女子死于心脏衰竭，生前自愿捐献遗体作为医疗研究。此写实纪录片意在研究肥胖到底会对身体造成怎样严重的影响。
