◎简　　介

影片细致地刻画了一个忘记了自己身份的女人，如何在自我否定和现实之间摇摆不定。汉娜是一名普通的家政女工，闲暇时间在表演训练班上课，家里养着一条狗，生活看似简单平静，没有人知道她其实过着破碎的人生：她的丈夫入狱、儿子不肯与其相认、陌生人不断叨扰……汉娜独自一人承受着其后果，她不断地拒绝接受真相，现实生活越来越分崩离析。一日工作时汉娜偶然听说海滩上有一只搁浅的鲸鱼，她请假提前下班独自来到海边长久地注视着这只孤独无助的鲸。通过汉娜对自我破碎身份的探索，以及自我掌控的丧失，本片探讨了当今时代的疏离异化、情感联系的困境，以及个人身份、人际关系、社会压力三者间的分界线。
