亚裔女记者萨蒂?布雷克（刘玉玲 饰）是一名极为敬业的报社记者，偶然机会一则关于邪教组织的消息吸引了她的注意力。与此同时，洛杉矶接连发生数起少女绑架案，最终女孩都被弃尸街头。敏感的萨蒂直觉认为绑架案与该邪教组织有关，她以发生在韩国城的绑架案为切入点，开始探查背后真相，却不慎被邪教成员抓住，失去了性命。

从停尸间再次醒来的萨蒂惊异于自己的死而复生，但不久她便发现，她已变成了嗜血如命的吸血鬼。在本性和人性间痛苦挣扎萨蒂决定摧毁邪教组织，为所有的受害者报仇……
