六周后，大学生特伦特（Travis Van Winkle 饰）及其一班朋友又来到水晶湖的小木屋内狂欢，他们偶遇寻找妹妹惠特妮的克雷（Jared Padalecki 饰）。虽然警方声称此地不见失踪人员身影，但克雷坚信妹妹必然身在丛林某处。与此同时，特伦特的两个朋友遭到杰森袭击，这群惶恐的大学生和克雷联合起来，共同面对身带血腥与杀戮气息的杰森……
